Use a source you are allowed to process and a brief you can take responsibility for. These guidelines explain the starting checks for adult creative projects in AINSFW Video. Model-specific rules and the Terms of Service also apply.
What NSFW means here
NSFW describes an adult-oriented creative intention. It is not a promise that every model accepts explicit content, that every request will run, or that a generated result can be used for every purpose.
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. For adult projects, every depicted person must be an adult. Choose another subject or source whenever age is unclear.
Check rights and consent before uploading
Use original fictional adult subjects or material for which you have the necessary rights, permissions and consent for the intended processing. Finding an image online, buying a copy or being able to download it does not by itself establish those permissions.
For a real person's likeness, consent needs to cover the intended transformation and use. Do not use an adult creative workflow to make non-consensual intimate imagery or to sexualize an unauthorized likeness. If permission is unclear, choose a different source rather than submitting it for a test.
Check the selected model's limits
Available models decide which requests and input types they support. A model may reject a request even when another service accepts a similar description. Do not treat a model name, an “uncensored” label elsewhere or a competitor's example as evidence of support here.
Review the live options in Text to Video, Image to Video or Image Generation. Technical input validation does not establish that an image is permitted or that you hold rights to it.
Keep sensitive-media requirements explicit
Read the Privacy Policy before uploading sensitive material. It describes the categories of information processed, service providers, retention and requests. It does not promise one fixed retention period or a blanket exclusion from model training.
If your project needs a particular handling guarantee, ask Support before uploading. Avoid including unnecessary identifying information in prompts, source images or public support posts.
Inspect the result before sharing
AI-generated media can contain errors, unintended details, a changed likeness or third-party material. Review the entire image or video, not only a thumbnail. Generation alone does not grant permission to publish a person's likeness or clear commercial rights.
Review the applicable plan, model terms and source rights before distribution. Your responsibilities for inputs and results are described in the Terms.
Report a concern or request help
If you believe a task or result involves an unauthorized likeness or another rights concern, contact Support with the relevant task reference and a description of the issue. Do not send a password or full payment details. Help & support explains how to describe an access, correction or deletion request.
